Stayed up all night today and finished Ted Lasso season 2. (NOT HEALTHY, 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND)
昨天/今天晚上熬夜看完了Ted Lasso第二季。（超级不健康千万别学我我只是自制力特别差）
Thank you to Apple TV, Jason Sudeikis, and all the people who created this brilliant work of art. I have never wanted to cry and laugh at the same time more watching a comedy. Seriously, I was up at 4AM crying to Ted Lasso. We not good anymore.
感谢Apple TV，感谢Jason Sudeikis，感谢所有的创作人创造这个杰作。从来没有看喜剧一边想笑一边想哭，半夜看着Ted Lasso哭除了我还有谁。
This season was such a beautiful continuation of the exploration of the characters of the first season (that’s a lot of ofs. Sorry guys.) Even though I think each and every character deserves to be written about, I’m just going to focus on the three big ones for me this season: Coach Beard, Nate, and of course, the adorable Ted Lasso.
这一季我觉得是在上一季的基础上完美的给每一个角色了更多的深度。虽然每一个角色我都觉得很值得探讨，但是就说我个人影响最深的三个角色：Coach Beard，Nate，还有最可爱的Ted Lasso。
Weirdly enough, Coach Beard doesn't actually change that much this season. He still doesn’t talk much, but we get to see more and more of why Ted trusts him so completely. He is the literal definition of show don’t tell; the man chooses actions over words more often than not. We also get to see some of the other sides of Beard, like when he knew that his relationship with Jean might not be the healthiest but he continued to go out with her. Dang, who would’ve thought the silent man was such a sucker for love, huh?
Coach Beard这一季虽然改变并没有很大，还是不怎么说话，但是我们也越来越了解为什么Ted会信任他。他就是典型的狠人话不多。同时我们也看到了他的一些不足，看到了他明知道自己的感情不一定健康，但是他还是执意继续。Beard竟然有点反差萌呀嘿嘿。
Then there’s Nate. All of his flaws from last season were magnified this season, but the thing that is amazing about the writing of Ted Lasso is how it makes us, the audience, understand the reasons that Nate gives for his changes, and even understand how his family might’ve caused him to turn out this way. That being said: I STILL DETEST NATE WITH EVERY BONE IN MY BODY!
然后是Nate。他从上一季就开始展现的各种缺点在这一季逐渐放大。但是其实剧本写得好的地方，是我们作为观众，我们可以理解他给自己找的理由，甚至可以理解为什么他的原生家庭让他变成了这个样子。但是！我还是！依旧！痛恨Nate！
Finally I wanted to talk about Ted Lasso. Watching him this season was absolutely heartbreaking for me. He is always that happy, positive guy, but we get to see so much more emotional depth to him and see so many more sides of him we haven’t before. Every time he is vulnerable or sad it just makes me think of how everyone doesn’t seem to treasure how valuable his positivity is. He deserves so much better, but there are still people who use his kindness to hurt him (YOU, NATE! DIE! I HATE YOU sorry was that too much?) This show and Ted reminded us that, Ted is a character with more than just his happy face, and everyone, both us and the characters mourned him, should learn to stop taking his humor and kindness for granted.
最后我想说的是Ted Lasso。这一季的Ted真的让我心都碎了。他一直以来给我们的影响是一个乐观积极向上的人，但是这一季我们看到了他更多的感情戏，看到了他更多的方面。每次看到他的脆弱和不开心就让我想起来大家似乎是多么的没有珍惜他的乐观和快乐。他值得更好，但是这一季总有人拿他的善良来伤害他。（特别是Nate！Nate快点滚吧滚吧）这一季编剧们提醒了我们，Ted 也是一个会有感情的人，而我们应该珍惜他的各种可可爱爱。
There was also a lot of discussion about the impact of family on the characters in this season. Whether it is Jamie or Ted or Nate or Samuel or Rebecca, we often times underestimate the extent to which our families impact who we are. And we so often times seem to forget about the importance of fathers. “A lucky person's lifetime is cured by childhood, while an unlucky person's lifetime is spent curing childhood.” （Alfred Adler, psychologist)
这一季还探讨了很多关于原生家庭的事情。无论是Jamie还是Ted还是Nate还是Samuel还是Rebecca，原生家庭的影响对于我们的影响似乎远远超过了我们所能想到的。而且很多时候，我们似乎都低估了父亲的重要性。“幸运的人用童年治愈一辈子，不幸的人用一辈子治愈童年”。（心理学家alfred Adler）
Still, every time I see someone comfort Ted I am just so touched, touched that every kindness Ted has showed anyone has come back to help him. Even if some dumb characters (NATE!!) betray him, he still has his friends by his side. After watching the fourth episode especially, I was bawling my eyes out because the Christmas vibes and the friendships just made me miss home so much. I miss the atmosphere of Christmas, the holiday festivities, the snow, the Santa and the elves and… Ted Lasso, thank you for reminding me of home. For making me feel at home.
每次看到有人安慰Ted就好感动，感动Ted的一切善良都有回报。虽然有一个蠢货（NATE）背叛了他，但是他的朋友们还是永远在他身边。看完了第二季的第四集我好感动，圣诞节的他们让我很想念家。我想念圣诞节的气氛，想念雪，想念每年的Santa还有Elves还有…… 感谢《足球教练》让我想家，让我感受到了家的气氛。
