Finished Bridesmaids today.
看完《伴娘》了。
Before I watched the film, I checked the Chinese movie review app Douban, and I saw a lot of people talk about how the movie showcased a “too controlling” and “un-healing” relationship.
看电影之前看了一下豆瓣，好多人说“占有欲强”“不治愈”。
These people are probably some of the really lucky few who haven’t been a part of a three-person friendship. In my experience, in a three-person friendship, there will always be two people who are closer, and the feeling of being the third wheel isn’t much better than having your heart broken by a romantic partner. I think jealousy in a friendship is normal, and the film seems more like a friendship documentary than something out of fiction to me.
这些人一定很幸运，没有过三个人的友谊。在我的经验里，三个人的友谊中总会有两个人关系更好。做第三个朋友的感觉不比失恋好受。我觉得友谊里的嫉妒羡慕都是正常，这部电影比起虚构我更觉得像是友谊的纪录片。
For me at least, the movie was definitely super comforting. The thing that touched me most was Lillian’s love for Annie— Lillian’s Annie was always special. Even when Annie got the girls kicked off the airplane, Lillian still sat next to Annie on the bus ride home. That feeling of unconditionally being special to someone is such a beautiful thing.
对于我来说，电影很治愈。最打动我的是莉莉安对安妮的感情—— 莉莉安的安妮一直都是特殊的那个。比如从飞机上回家，虽然安妮导致她们被赶下飞机，大巴上莉莉安还是坐在了安妮旁边。这种无条件被人偏袒的感觉好美妙。
There’s not much to say about the actors in the film, they would all go on to become tops in the comedy industry, go on to become women who got all sorts of awards and nominations. They were both funny and adorable in the film. The plot itself was amazing as well, and the film is seriously so quotable, like the iconic line Annie delivers “Help me, I’m poor.” (Without being a fan for a sec) The plot is well paced, funny but also serious at points. The movie is basically a dramatic film with the cover of a comedy, and offers commentary on rock bottom, marriage pressures middle-aged women face, friendship and more in a deep and meaningful way. It’s no wonder this is such an important film in comedic history, and that it got nominated for a best script Academy Award. (The fan in me is back) I love Kristen even more after this, her first script and she gets an Oscar nomination hahaha.
演员们没话说，都是未来喜剧界的顶尖演员们，也是未来各大奖项各种提名的女人们，既可爱又好笑。剧情也是，而且这部剧真的超级适合日常quote一下，比如Annie经典的“Help me, I’m poor”。（抛开粉丝滤镜来说）剧情紧凑，搞笑但是也有很多比较严肃的地方。这部电影有点像披着喜剧外表的剧情电影，对人生低谷失败啊 “大龄剩女”啊 友谊啊 一系列事情的思考也是很深入人心的，真的不愧是喜剧顶尖作品之一了。真的不愧是提名奥斯卡最佳编剧的电影。（粉丝滤镜回来了）突然对我姐更加欣赏了，第一次写剧本就能提名哈哈哈。
There’s not much to say about character development either, it’s literally done so well: Annie being unable to accept the good things in her life after being at rock bottom for so long; Helen not having any friends and having a neglectful husband but also being smart and detailed; Lillian being awkward and helpless stuck between her two best friends; Megan being so different but still being confident enough to be herself; Becca being an innocent angel but also being unaccustomed to the conventional; Rita being a mom who goes through so much to raise her kids and trying to have her own life… Each character feels like an exaggerated version of someone we all know in life, both realistic and still so funny.
角色刻画没话说，Annie的那种长时间受打击后无法接受好事情的心态，Helen没有朋友和老公陪伴的孤独但是同时存在的优秀和细腻，Lillian夹在两位朋友当中的尴尬和无奈，Megan的格格不入但是一直做自己的自信，Becca天使般的纯洁和有点不经世俗的生活方式，Rita作为老母亲带孩子的苦以及想要自己人生的艰难……每一个角色都感觉是生活里人们的夸张描写般的存在，真的既真实又好笑。
Finally, I just want to say that Kristen is so pretty in Bridesmaids, every scene she is in is a work of art. The way that she is able to convey perfectly despair and tenderness and happiness and acceptance and endurance and depression and anger and love solely through her eyes is masterful. Everyone, the Emmys, the Oscars, the SAGs all owe Kristen a trophy!!
最后说一句，伴娘里的kristen真的太美了太美了，每一帧都美，眼神里的绝望和温柔和快乐和接受和努力和堕落和生气和爱都表现的淋漓尽致，艾美奥斯卡金球SAG都欠我kristen一座奖杯！！
